Andy Waplinger was born in May of 1990 in York, Pennsylvania. Since he was a young child he's been involved with computers and other electronics.
His family's first computer at the age of 6 opened him up to a whole new world which he expanded into his own personal business: computer repair at age 11 and computer construction and sales at age 13.
Aside from technology, Andy has enjoyed playing drums since the day he picked them up at age 13, and is currently the drummer for his church's worship team.
Working within his middle and high school classes, Andy soon established himself as not only the "computer guy," but also as the "man behind the camera." Since 6th grade Andy has been in every computer and television production course his school could offer. He has a natural knack for the visualization and creation of videos and a great eye for photography. Virtually every school day last year Andy produced his high school's televised morning announcements. He's been working with production equipment since 6th grade in his middle school's televised announcements. He also designed and ran the audio for two years for his high school's spring musicals.
When it comes to cars, Andy may not necessarily be the resident expert, but that doesn't mean he can't love them. Anything from old classics to modern concepts, from good ol' American muscle to exotic imports, Andy appreciates them all and truly enjoys working on his own.
Having graduated from Dallastown Area High School, Andy is thrilled to have been accepted into Juniata College, where he's currently studying Digital Media and Business and IT and plans on either going for a MBA or starting his own business.
